NANOCYCLER™

FluimediX is in the process of developing the NanoCycler™ device. The NanoCycler™ is a tabletop device designed to accept a disposable polymer cartridge, in which a number of biochemical reactions are performed on a human saliva sample.

The NanoCycler™ will deliver an identification of the presence of – respectively lack of – a number of genetic mutations; the so-called SNPs – Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms.

The identification of these genetic mutations will enable the precise administering of a range of drugs, as opposed to the present situation where drugs are dosed without this very important knowledge.
